He began his career as a personal trainer but since then has focused on rehabilitation and pain-free movement. She uses myofascial release techniques, taping, acupuncture and prescriptive exercises along with detailed assessments to help people recover from an injury, surgery or pain and achieve their goals. Over the years, she has developed interests in treating dizziness and concussion with myofascial release and progressive exercises.
