Wanda Chen graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2001 and has been practicing physiotherapy since. She has worked in a variety of different clinical settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and mostly in private practices. She uses myofascial release techniques, taping, acupuncture and prescriptive exercises along with detailed assessments to help people recover from an injury, surgery or pain and achieve their goals. Over the years, she has developed interests in treating dizziness and concussion with myofascial release and progressive exercises. She believes in prevention and getting people stronger with exercise education. She lives in Oakville with her family and enjoys her time hiking and playing with her two small children. Erica is a Registered Physiotherapist who earned her Masters of Physiotherapy from Queens University, prior to that she completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University. She prioritizes addressing the individual needs of each client, aiming to support them in prevention, maintenance and recovery to optimize their overall functioning.
