Osteopathic treatment varies from practitioner to practitioner, but generally involves manual therapy techniques including; massage, stretching, joint mobilisation and manipulation, dry-needling as well as management via exercise prescription

She has worked in a variety of different clinical settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and mostly in private practices. She uses myofascial release techniques, taping, acupuncture and prescriptive exercises along with detailed assessments to help people recover from an injury, surgery or pain and achieve their goals. Over the years, she has developed interests in treating dizziness and concussion with myofascial release and progressive exercises. She believes in prevention and getting people stronger with exercise education. She lives in Oakville with her family and enjoys her time hiking and playing with her two small children.
